Two-Week Plan
The Meal Plan
Repeat meals and leftovers are on purpose. That’s what makes it doable. Tap any dish for its full recipe. Swap in whole foods you enjoy.

Grocery List
Grouped by store section. Tap items as they go in your cart. Your list remembers itself, even if you leave and come back. Amounts scale with repeats and your household; adjust as you go. Fresh herbs: dried works too. Swap 1 teaspoon dried for each 1 tablespoon fresh.

Shopping online — a first order, step by step
Shop from your list instead of the aisles; impulse buys are easy to skip.
- Pick a store you already use. Most chains have an app with pickup or delivery. Create an account and choose your store.
- Build your cart from this plan’s weekly list. Save favorites so next week’s reorder takes minutes.
- Keep your standards. Whole foods first; when a package has a label, pick one with a short ingredient list; five or fewer is a handy, admittedly unscientific rule of thumb.
- Set produce and substitution preferences. Note ripeness where allowed and review suggested substitutions before checkout.
- Choose pickup or delivery. Curbside is often free with a small minimum; delivery adds a fee and tip, still usually cheaper than takeout.
- Pick a pickup or delivery time and check out. At pickup, stay in your car; for delivery, watch for the substitution text.
