Help colleagues take part

Start with one small invitation.

Ask what would be useful

Try a quick question at a staff meeting: “What would make it easier for you to take part?” Use the answers to choose one activity.

Keep the first step small

Offer an activity colleagues can try without a minimum target. Make it clear how to join and how much time it takes.

Reach beyond the usual group

Invite aides, custodians, office staff, and colleagues on different schedules. Ask where and when they’re most likely to see the invitation.
