Our building is an INtegrate building.

Our staff give a lot. They deserve a place that makes the healthy choice the easier choice.

This asks for no money and no extra work. We are asking for your support at your building and for your Champion.

Here is what we will aim for.

✓	We will back our INtegrate Champion. They are doing this on top of a full job. We will make time for them, listen to what they bring us, and treat the role as something the building values.
✓	Wherever we can, we will make an effort to open our spaces to staff, and let them know when the gym, the walking route, the quiet room or the commons are available.
✓	When possible, we will make an effort to create room in the workday. Taking a few minutes to move, breathe or step outside is easier with permission.
✓	We will talk about it as leaders, and take part when we are able. Staff are more likely to participate when they see us doing it.

We want our building to be a place where employees have real opportunities to make healthy choices in a supportive environment. We will do what we reasonably can to be intentional in how we think, communicate and act about health and well-being.
