Ctrl + P (Cmd + P on a Mac) → Letter → Landscape → Margins: Default → Scale 100%, and switch Headers and footers off. The sheet sets its own margin; choosing None makes the printer shrink it. To save it instead, choose Save as PDF as the printer.

Black-and-white printer? Everything holds. Converted to grayscale the headline reads 8.0:1 on the gold band and 11.6:1 on the plum, and the smallest line still measures 6.8:1.
