Sun-Dried Marinara

Ingredients
- 3 oz dried tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp honey
- ¼ cup red wine vinegar
- 6 fresh basil leaves (or 1 tsp dried)
- 3 large red tomatoes
- 2 garlic cloves
- ½ onion
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ¼ jalapeño, or red pepper flakes to taste (optional, for heat)
- Black pepper, to taste
Directions

- Blend all ingredients (except water) in a blender until smooth.
- Slowly add small amounts of water to reach the desired sauce consistency.
- Serve warm or at room temperature over zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, or whole-grain noodles.
