- Marketing emails via Mailchimp may not be encrypted.
By opting into SMS or email communication, you acknowledge these inherent risks.

7. Non‑Medical Nature of Services
NuStart provides coaching and educational services only. Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Coaching Records: We collect and store functional notes from our coaching sessions using Hint.com. These notes are used exclusively to track your progress and personalize your coaching experience.
- No Medical Care: We do not diagnose, treat, or provide clinical medical care. Because our services are non‑medical, we do not collect or store “protected health information” (PHI) as defined by HIPAA.
- Prior Notices: Any prior HIPAA‑style notices previously hosted on our website are superseded by this policy and no longer apply.
