Your Training at a Glance

Welcome, Champion. Your training is a set of short, self-paced Champion Lessons, most about five to ten minutes each. The twelve core lessons are required and build on one another; complete one a week through the first semester. The optional extra-credit lessons are yours to explore any time you want to go further. Everything is designed to be doable, and you are never on your own.
Start with the Champion Manual
Before you begin the lessons, read the INtegrate Champion Manual, your complete reference for the role. It covers how INtegrate works, your responsibilities, and the tools and forms you will use, and it is the place to return to with questions all year long.

| 8 | Promote Challenges, NuStart Blocks, and Coaching, and Use the Digital Hub | Grow participation and use the digital hub. |
| 9 | Move People to Participate: The Power of Story | Be the guide, not the hero; use And, But, Therefore to move people to act. |
| 10 | Make the Healthy Choice the Easier Choice | Shape your building so the healthy choice is the easy one. |
| 11 | Steering Committee: Participate and Report | Show up, report, and represent your building. |
| 12 | Plan, Act, and Improve | Use simple feedback to keep getting better. |
