The goal is not more communication. It is communication people actually open and act on. A few simple habits make the difference.

Keep a steady, welcome rhythm

Aim for two to three touchpoints a month. Consistent, not constant. More than about four a month starts to feel like noise, and people tune out the very thing you want them to notice.

Make it about them

• Lead with the benefit, such as a five-minute reset for a stressful week, not the logistics.
• Keep it short. One idea, one clear next step.
• Use the ready-made content we provide, and add a personal line so it sounds like you.

Use the channels you have

Staff email, the Wellness Station, TSC Matters, and a quick word in person all work. The most powerful of all is a personal, in-person invitation. People say yes to a colleague they know far more than to an email.
